actually it stays more 'mad-max-like', because that was an essential part of the fun: max wants to get to a certain point and there are other guys in weird vehicles who try to prevent that. so, if you don't do it, the territorries stay more challenging.
if you don't build those things, the game becomes more 'survival-like' - and that's what has been promissed to us in the early announcements for the game.Ģ depends on what you mean. just hang out in the world'ġ is not a necessity for playing the game.
